GTS Lab – Laboratory Management System

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GTS Lab mobile application ("App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all users of the App, including administrators, lab technicians, report validators, and any other authorized personnel.

2 User Accounts & Access

Access to the GTS Lab App is restricted to authorized personnel only. By using this App, you agree to:

• Use only the account credentials assigned to you by your organization's administrator.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any unauthorized person.
• Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3 Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All data entered, processed, or generated through the GTS Lab App — including sample data, test results, reports, and client information — is strictly confidential.

• You must not share, export, or distribute any data from the App without proper authorization.
• Lab test results and generated reports are the property of the respective client/organization.
• GTS Lab collects and stores operational data solely for the purpose of running the laboratory management system.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

4 Permitted Use of the Application

The GTS Lab App is intended solely for use by authorized laboratory staff for:

• Registering and managing oil/lubricant/fertilizer samples and lots.
• Entering and validating laboratory test results.
• Generating, reviewing, and distributing analysis reports.
• Managing attendance, inventory, and lab equipment records.
• Monitoring KPIs and laboratory performance dashboards.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its data.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent sample or test result data.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

5 Report Generation & Accuracy

GTS Lab provides tools for generating laboratory analysis reports based on data entered by authorized users. Please note:

• The accuracy of reports depends entirely on the accuracy of the data entered by users.
• GTS Lab is not liable for errors in reports resulting from incorrect data entry.
• Generated reports should be reviewed and validated by authorized personnel before being shared with clients.
• Report validation and approval workflows are provided to ensure quality control.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the GTS Lab App — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, and workflows — are the exclusive property of Globetech Laboratory Services and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
• The GTS Lab name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission.

7 System Availability & Updates

We strive to ensure the App is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates.
• Technical issues beyond our control (server downtime, network issues, etc.).
• Emergency security patches or bug fixes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTS Lab and Globetech Laboratory Services shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• Loss of data due to user error, device failure, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Decisions made based on reports or data generated by the App.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to failure to maintain credential security.

9 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the GTS Lab App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Your organization's subscription or access agreement has ended.
• Continued access poses a security or compliance risk.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• For significant changes, we may notify users through the App or via email.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the GTS Lab App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
